This refund policy is simple: every citAEOtion plan is a one-time payment for a digital product that is delivered the moment you buy it, and all sales are final.

Lifetime Plans

There is no subscription, no monthly fee and no annual renewal. There is nothing to cancel and nothing will ever auto-renew.

Upgrades and Added Sites

Moving up a plan means paying the difference once, and you are on the bigger plan for life. Upgrades and sites added one at a time are one-time purchases and are also final.

Founders Club Pricing

Founders Club pricing is a limited introductory rate. You keep your plan at the price you paid. Price changes after your purchase, in either direction, do not change what you paid.

Extenuating Circumstances
