Digital Products & Subscriptions

All sales of digital products, services, and subscription renewals are final.

Monthly Subscriptions

All sales of monthly subscriptions are final.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You can cancel anytime, and access continues through the end of the paid period.

Yearly Subscriptions

Yearly subscriptions are heavily discounted and have a "no refund" policy for early cancellations.

Because you receive a discounted rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment, we will not prorate the time you have remaining, though access remains active until the end of your billing cycle.

We understand that life happens: clients come and go, agencies close, and circumstances change.

That said, we are reasonable people. In genuine extenuating circumstances we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund on an annual subscription after 6 months, but the time used will be re-amortized to its full monthly price with all discounts removed as the discounts are based on a 12 month commitment.
