These terms cover your use of citAEOtion. By creating an account or installing the collector, you agree to them.

What citAEOtion provides

citAEOtion is a lifetime-access service that tracks AI and search crawler activity on the websites you connect and shows it to you in a dashboard. Features, limits, and site counts depend on your plan.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You agree to connect only sites you own or are authorized to manage.

Billing

Every plan is a one-time payment made through our payment processor. There is no subscription, no monthly fee and no annual renewal, so nothing renews automatically. Upgrades and added sites are also one-time payments. All sales are final; see our Refund Policy. Prices for new purchases may change, but a change never affects a plan you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

Do not use citAEOtion to break the law, abuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or resell access except under an approved reseller or agency arrangement.

Availability

We work to keep citAEOtion running and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
